How we started
Explus was established with a clear mandate: to provide Indian and global medical device OEMs with a reliable, high-precision extrusion partner that genuinely understands the regulatory and quality demands of healthcare manufacturing.
Starting with a focused portfolio of extruded medical tubing, we rapidly expanded our capabilities — investing in cleanroom infrastructure, ISO 13485 certification, and a team of experienced polymer and process engineers.
Today, from our 10,000+ sq. ft. cleanroom facility in Bengaluru, we serve device manufacturers across urology, gynaecology, and minimally invasive surgery — delivering components that meet the most demanding dimensional and material specifications.
